As all Japanese tournaments do, the Summer Adventure Tag League starts with all of the participants in the ring at the same time. CIMA and Gamma bring out iPads for whatever reason.

BxB Hulk {W1} & Naoki Tanisaki {W1} vs. Masaaki Mochizuki {Z} & Don Fujii {Z} [Round Robin Tournament Match]
Hulk has new, Tanisaki-inspired gear to go with his new look. Tanisaki and Fujii start. They play around on the mat for a while. Mochizuki and shaved Hulk trade kicks. Hulk hits a dropkick. Mochizuki hits a high kick. The kick exchange continues on the floor. Mochizuki misses a kick and hits the post. In the ring Tanisaki puts Mochizuki in a figure 4 leglock. Mochizuki gets to the ropes. He blocks a second attempt at the hold and hits a chest kick. Fujii hits a stun gun. He chops the crap out of Tanisaki. The Zetsurins are fighting stiff tonight! Fujii slams Tanisaki’s knee to the mat. He puts on a leglock. Hulk makes the save. Fujii hits a lariat. Tanisaki hits the FH. Hulk tags in and cleans house with kicks. He hits Mochizuki with the uranage. He puts on a stranglehold. Tanisaki puts Fujii in an abdominal stretch. The Zetsurins escape. Fujii gets a sunset flip on Hulk for 2. Hulk hits a senton for 2. Mochizuki kicks Fujii by mistake. Hulk hits a missile dropkick. Tanisaki hits the DH on both opponents. He hits the Casanova on Fujii for 2. Hulk hits the BxB Star Press for 2. Mochizuki hits Tanisaki with a chest kick. He hits the Sankakugeri. Fujii hits a chokeslam for 2. Mochizuki hits the Twister for 2. Fujii hits a lariat. Tanisaki hits a neckbreaker. Mochizuki hits a head kick. Hulk hits the Mouse. He hits the First Flash. Fujii chokeslams Hulk on the apron. Mochizuki hits a back heel kick. Tanisaki cleans house with knee kicks. The Zetsurins come back with strikes. Mochizuki kicks Tanisaki’s head off. He hits the Twister for 2. Tanisaki gets a schoolboy on Fujii for 2. Mochizuki hits the Shin Saikyou High Kick and the ax kick. Fujii hits a lariat to the back and the Nice German for the win at 12:54 shown of 15:45. They Zetsurins were going crazy here, beating the living hell out of both opponents. Hulk also showed a more serious side to go along with his new look, and Tanisaki was his usual consistent self.

Next up are clips from CIMA {W5} & Gamma {W5} vs. Cyber Kong {K} & KAGETORA {K} [Round Robin Tournament Match]. Most of the clips show the WARRIORS in control. They win after CIMA hits Kong with the Crossfire and Gamma finishes him off with the Sky Twister Press.

We move on to the next night with clips from Kzy {DD} & Yasushi Kanda {DD} vs. Genki Horiguchi {W5} & Ryo Saito {W5} [Round Robin Tournament Match]. The Drunkers cheat like crazy, but Horiguchi weathers the storm and pins Kanda with the Backslide from Heaven.

Later in the evening we get clips from Masato Yoshino {W1} & Naruki Doi {W1} vs. Cyber Kong {K} & KAGETORA {K} [Round Robin Tournament Match]. Kong hits KAGETORA with an errant Pineapple Bomber, leaving him open for the Bakatare Sliding Kick. Kong makes the save. KAGETORA tries to get a flash pin on Yoshino, but the Dream Gate Champion comes back with the Torbellino and Sol Naciente for the win. The show moves on to the next night for matches shown more in full.

YAMATO {K} & Shingo Takagi {K} vs. Kzy {DD} & Yasushi Kanda {DD} [Round Robin Tournament Match]
The Drunkers attack before the bell. Takagi hits Kzy with a lariat. YAMATO hits the punt and a brainbuster. He hits the Galleria for 2 when Kanda makes the save. Kanda hits Takagi with the blue box. Kzy hits YAMATO with a low blow. He smacks him with a chair. He hits a piledriver on a pile of chairs. Kanda tries to choke out YAMATO with a chain. As with most Drunkers matches, this is where things slow way down. Kanda puts on a cross armbreaker. Kzy hits Takagi with a DDT on the floor. Things are moving so slowly I’ve actually turned down the volume on the match and started listening to a Paul Dateh song on YouTube. YAMATO hits Kanda with a big boot. Takagi tags in and hits Kzy with a powerslam. He hits Kanda with a back bodydrop. He hits Kzy with a vertical suplex. Kzy comes back with the B-Boy for 2. He hits Kanda by mistake. YAMATO hits an elbow. Kanda hits a side slam for 2. YAMATO avoids a low blow and hits a dragon screw. He puts on a half crab. Kzy makes the save. YAMATO hits a big boot and Takagi hits the DVD. Kanda avoids the Galleria. Kzy powders both opponents. Kanda hits a German suplex on Takagi. Kzy hits a leg lariat. He and Kanda hit a double low blow. Kzy hits a Finlay roll and Kanda hits the flying elbowdrop for 2. Kzy hits KZ Time for 2. Takagi blocks the Impact. YAMATO hits a chair shot. Takagi clotheslines Kzy to the floor. He hits Kanda with a lariat and MADE IN JAPAN for the win at 13:05 shown of 15:24. This was pretty crappy. Takagi and YAMATO brought some creative stuff, but the Drunkers contributed nothing interesting to this match.

After the match Takagi hits Kzy with MADE IN JAPAN, just because he can.

K-ness & Susumu Yokosuka vs. Naruki Doi {W1} & Masato Yoshino {W1} [Round Robin Tournament Match]
Doi is wearing Yoshino-inspired gear and a t-shirt because he’s injured. He and Yokosuka start. K-ness avoids Yoshino’s supercharged dropkick. Yoshino hits a head scissor takedown. He hits an elevated facebuster on Yokosuka. He works over Yokosuka’s leg on the post. Doi works the leg but Yokosuka gets to the ropes. Doi and Yoshino take turns abusing Yokosuka’s leg. Yoshino hits a double stomp to the leg. He puts on a leglock. Doi kicks out Yokosuka’s leg. Yokosuka comes back with an exploder. He hits Yoshino with a backbreaker. K-ness hits an enziguiri. He hits Doi with the uranage. Doi gets a schoolboy for 2. K-ness blocks the Doi 555 and hits the Kaishaku for 2. Yoshino puts Yokosuka in the Coumori. Yokosuka hits the DVD for 2. K-ness hits an enziguiri. K-ness counters From Jungle to the Judas. Doi hits the elevated senton for 2. K-ness hits an enziguiri. He hits the Darkness Driver and the Kaishaku for 2. Doi forces him to dropkick Yokosuka. He hits the Dai Bosou. He hits a Blue Thunder Bomb for 2. Yoshino hits the shotgun dropkick for 2. He hits the Torbellino. Doi hits the Bakatare Sliding Kick for 2. K-ness hits a high kick. Doi hits the Doi 555. K-ness hits the Shouryuukyaku. Yokosuka blocks the Muscular Bomb and gets a roll up for 2. He hits a lariat but Doi rolls through for 2. Yokosuka hits the Jumbo no Kachi and the Jumbo no Kachigatame for the win at 13:58. Not as mind melting as their match from earlier in the year, but still good. K-ness and Yokosuka have some insane sequences in their arsenal.

After the match CIMA and Gamma (in their leisurewear) attack everyone. That leads into the brackets. At the end of day three K-neSuka, Speed Muscle and CIMA & Gamma are tied at two points apiece. Cyber Kong & KAGETORA and PAC & Mark Haskins have nothing. That’s Block A. In Block B we have YAMATO & Takagi, Mochizuki & Fujii and Horiguchi & Saito with two points each and Hulk & Tanisaki and the Drunkers with nothing.
